Shell House was purchased by our client after severe fire damage and exposure to the elements had nearly destroyed the entire structure.
With planning permission already in place, our brief was to enable the restoration of the building whilst adhering to all the local requirements and regulations. Specialist stonemasons were directly employed to commence with the task.
Despite many set backs, we were able to manage the completion of Phase I of this restoration project and enable the structure to become watertight for the first time in over 20 years.
